Pay as You Go Monthly Terms and Conditions

• All monthly packages require a minimum contract of 12 months - after this time, payments are monthly for as long as the website is required.There are no additional annual fees.
• All pay monthly packages require initial fee paid as a deposit on order and the first monthly payment is due one month later (except if delay in website going live is due to Activ).
• All payments are via Direct Debit system using Go Cardless and the client must complete setup as part of the ordering process.
• Activ reserve the right to remove a website if the monthly payments are not received and recover charges due if under 12 months.
• All prices are subject to VAT at current rate.
